• Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for the marvellous "John Dory" work by Malcolm Cheape which my wife commissioned for my 50th birthday - I absolutely love it! John, if you recall, we looked at the original at the Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead last year and came very close to buying it on that Saturday afternoon. However, the new version incorporating North Sea marine charts makes it perfect - particularly as it shows the gas fields that I worked on in my younger days, which is a serendipitous bonus! • Dear team at scotlandart.com Our recent acquistion by Pam Carter is I think our 4th acquisition from your gallery. We look at your website on a regualr basis and have found over the years that the range of artists and works is very wide and varied. Indeed we have have not felt the need to look elsewhere when considering some new art. We have always found all of you helpful and have never felt any pressure when visiting the Glasgow gallery. The website is easy to use and the new works section is useful without having to go throught the entire website every time. All in all we have had a very positive expereince in dealing with you. • I had a good experience of your gallery. The paintings we wanted to see were not hanging but the female staff member arranged to have them available at a convenient time for us. Both female staff members at the Edinburgh gallery were very welcoming and assisted by hanging one of the paintings as requested. We purchased two paintings which was an easy process. Ten out of ten.
